Everything you need to know about how Remindrr works, pricing, security, and integrations.

What it does

Remindrr is a tool that reads your contracts and tells you before they expire, renew, or hit a notice deadline, so you never lose a renewal window by accident. You upload a contract, the AI extracts the key dates - expiry, renewal terms, notice deadlines — and Remindrr sends you an email or SMS reminder ahead of time based on intervals you set. It replaces manually tracking these dates in a spreadsheet or your own calendar.

Operations managers, finance teams, office managers, or business owners at small and medium-sized businesses who are juggling multiple vendor, supplier, or service contracts and currently track renewal dates manually or not at all. It is not built for enterprise legal teams running contract negotiation, redlining, or approval workflows; there's no clause analysis, negotiation tooling, or legal review feature. If you need contract lifecycle management for a legal department, Remindrr is the wrong tool. If you just need to know when something is coming up for renewal, it's built exactly for that.

The specific, costly problem of contracts auto-renewing or notice periods closing before anyone at the business noticed. This happens constantly with software subscriptions, supplier agreements, leases, and service contracts. Someone signs a contract, the renewal date lives in an email inbox or nowhere at all, and six months later the business is locked into another year it didn't want, or has lost leverage to renegotiate because the notice window already passed. Remindrr's whole job is making sure that never happens silently.

Over 95% accurate on the first pass. The AI reads the full contract for dates, renewal terms, and notice periods. You can edit any extracted date manually.

As long as the quality of the scan or picture is good, then yes, we can handle it. If you are having trouble with any specific contract upload, we do offer manual entry of each contract.

You see a summary of the key dates extracted from each contract at upload, making any mistakes made by the AI easy to catch. Simply alter the mis-extracted date and hit save.

You set that yourself — reminder intervals are custom configurable, not fixed. There are preset intervals (90, 60, and 30 days), but all reminders are fully custom. That means you can choose to be notified, for example, both 90 days and 30 days before a notice deadline, rather than getting a single reminder that might arrive too late to act on.

Email reminders are available on every plan. SMS reminders are a Pro-tier feature — if text alerts matter to you (useful for time-sensitive notice deadlines you don't want buried in an inbox), you need Pro, not Starter.

Reminders work the same way regardless of whether the contract auto-renews or simply ends; the AI extracts whatever expiry or notice date exists in the document, and you get notified ahead of it either way.

It puts your contract deadlines onto the calendar you already check daily, rather than requiring you to log into a separate dashboard to see what's coming up. Link Remindrr to your calendar, and any key deadline on your dashboard is sent to your calendar automatically.

It surfaces contract reminders in the channel your team already works in, so a renewal deadline doesn't just sit in one person's inbox where it can be missed if they're out sick or leave the company. This is particularly useful for operations teams where more than one person needs visibility into upcoming deadlines.

Zapier connects Remindrr to other tools you use - for example, triggering a task in your project management tool or a notification in another app when a contract deadline approaches. Zapier integrates with many tools, check their integration portal for the full list of how you can fit Remindrr into the tools you already use.

Plans & pricing

Starter (£15/month, or £12/month billed annually) covers one user and up to 30 contracts, with email reminders, access to the Remindrr dashboard and Remindrr's AI functionality. Pro (£29/month, or £23/month billed annually) has a 100 contract cap, adds SMS reminders, adds the calendar/Slack/Teams/Zapier integrations, adds reminder history, gets access to priority support and lets you set custom reminder intervals. If you're tracking more than 30 contracts, or you want SMS alerts or any integration, you need Pro.

Starter is explicitly single-user. If you need multiple people accessing the same contract dashboard, you need Pro, or go straight to Business, which is built for teams and priced by contacting sales.

Yes, you can switch at any time. If you decide to downgrade from Pro to Starter, we offer a bulk export feature so you can export the contracts you no longer require.

Security & data

Yes. Contract data is encrypted using AES-256, both at rest and in transit. Your contracts are never used to train our AI models; they're processed solely to extract your dates and are not retained for any other purpose. We're GDPR compliant. If you have specific security requirements for procurement (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001, data residency), reach out and we can talk through what's currently in place.

Yes, Remindrr is fully GDPR compliant. If your business has specific compliance documentation requirements as part of a procurement process, get in touch and we can provide what you need.

Your data isn't deleted the moment you cancel - you'll still have access to export your contracts before it's removed. There are no hidden cancellation fees and no penalty for leaving. If you need your data removed sooner, or want confirmation of our retention and deletion timeline, just ask and we'll walk you through it.

Comparisons

A spreadsheet only reminds you if someone remembers to check it, keeps it updated, and correctly calculated the notice period from the original contract language in the first place, which is exactly where these things fall through. Remindrr reads the actual contract, so the date comes from the source document rather than someone's manual entry, and the reminder happens automatically rather than depending on someone opening the spreadsheet that week.

Those tools are built for legal teams running contract creation, negotiation, redlining, and approval workflows; they're heavier, more expensive, and solve a different problem. Remindrr does one thing: extract dates and remind you before they matter. If you don't need negotiation or approval workflows and just need to stop missing renewal and notice deadlines, Remindrr is a lighter, cheaper, faster-to-set-up tool for that specific job; not a competitor to full CLM platforms for teams that need one.

No. Remindrr is built for people who need to track dates, not interpret complex legal clauses or negotiate terms. If your contracts require legal analysis beyond dates and deadlines, that is outside what this tool is for.

Getting started

PDF, DOCX, TXT, or image files.

Minutes, not months like other CLMs. There is no manual upload of countless contracts and agreements when you sign up, just drag and drop your contracts and we do the rest.

Once uploaded, extraction and reminder scheduling are automatic; that's the core "zero manual work" promise. You will be shown the key dates for review once they have been extracted, allowing oversight of all inputs.
